Kent has had an amazing life of service. A large part of his service for over thirty-two years as a Healthcare Specialist, Behavioral Health Specialist, Master Resilience Trainer, and Recruiting NCO.

His service, to begin with, is volunteering on the Army post to develop a coping skills program and donating many hours of service assisting in the Family Center, teaching soldiers, and family members how to manage the transition to military life in Germany.

Kent is an entrepreneur and investor at heart. He earnestly desires to help people to be set free from the bondage of debt. He was the Founder and Senior Consultant of KSA Enterprises, LLC. , whose primary mission is to educate and elevate a success mindset in business and in real estate. "Educate To Elevate" started as a project of KSA and has now become a full training company that teaches business & financial principles.

As a part of that mission, He brokered residential and commercial loans to help his clients reach their dream of home and business ownership. Many of his clients benefited from his 25 years of real estate investing knowledge.

Among his accomplishments, he is a trainer, motivational speaker and is the author of Words Like Fire . This book was written to help speakers, teachers, and preachers be effective in communicating their message. He also managed to have held the office of Vice-President City County Counsel of Indianapolis; Chairman Community Development Committee; Group Facilitator/Mentor with Project Male Responsibility for over sixteen years through the Center for Leadership Development.

Kent also co-hosted Miracle Mornings , with Joyce Hemphill-Rowe. Miracle Mornings, shown on several social platforms, gives practical business principles from a biblical perspective through relational armchair dialogues.
